Our product prices include VAT from Europe, where applicable. However, shipping costs do not include customs duties, which may be imposed by your country. These fees typically depend on the order value and are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund orders if customs duties are not paid by the customer, and the customer chooses not to pick up the order.
